Happy Halloween!

Second graders were so excited for Halloween at the beginning of the week! We loved seeing all of their amazing costumes and excitement to show all their friends! Students had Halloween fun in the classrooms in the morning, and then headed outside for the Halloween Carnival. Second graders got to play all the fun games middle schoolers set up! They even won some fun prizes!

Polar Biome Presentation!

Second graders finished up their Polar Biome and Inuit Study presentation this week! Family and friends came to see all of the hard work our students have completed during this unit. Then they got the chance to show their family all the projects they have been working on! Students were especially excited to show off their sugar cube igloos and soap carving animals. We are so proud of our students!

Fall Mobiles!

In the Fall spirit, students are creating another type of mobiles for our classroom. Students have begun constructing mobiles using sticks and leaves. Each choosing a fun and unique design to make their mobile that will be hung up around the classroom. We love having color and nature in the classroom, especially when they are designed by the students.
