Pass It On
The Cooper School was so thrilled to be back together for our lovely event, Pass It On! Brave poets put on their fancy clothes, gathered their gumption, and shared their beautiful poems to a large and loving audience. Students were thrilled to hear their friends and siblings share their hard work. We are so proud of all of the hard work that The Cooper School poets put into their poetry writing!
Choir
Students had their last choir practice this week before their choir performance on May 15th. They have been working hard to perfect beautiful songs to showcase to parents. We couldn’t be more proud and excited to see all of their hard work come to fruition soon!
Author Study
We have been working very hard this week on our Author study. First graders have selected their mentor text and started rough drafts of their author-inspired stories. Scholars have brainstormed some amazing different characters and settings for their stories. We can’t wait to share our finished stories later during our presentation.
