Choir Concert
We are so proud of our amazing second grade singers. Second graders have been practicing for a long time. Students worked with Mr. Andy to chose songs that they enjoyed singing to perform at the choir concert. It was the students’ idea to sway to the song and point to the audience to interact with them during the performance. Second graders did an amazing job!
Hanukkah
For our holiday migration study students learned all about Hanukkah. We began by learning the history of Hunukkah then went into learning about the different symbols of Hanukkah. In the end students enjoyed playing the game of Hanukkah and creating personalized menorahs for the holiday extravaganza. We enjoyed having guest speakers come in and share their family traditions of Hanukkah and enjoyed jelly donuts – another holiday tradition.

We wish you all a safe and happy holiday! We are beyond thankful for all of you. We love our amazing second grade class and truly believe we have the most wonderful group of students. We love teaching everyday and have our second grade class to thank for that. We wish you all a very happy holiday season and an exciting new year!
