Holiday Fun !!!

Winter Choir Concert

On Thursday the Cooper School community gathered at The Scottish Rite Center to perform a musical selection of well-known songs for parents and families. It was a beautiful concert and we are grateful to Mr. Andy for all his hard work in choir so far this year. First through Fourth grade worked super hard and sounded amazing. We thank you all for coming!

Our Holiday Festival

First Graders were so excited to join the whole school for a holiday celebration to wrap up 2024. Students explored our backyard with family and friends to learn all about holidays celebrated around the world, from Christmas, to Hanukkah, to St. Lucia, to Japanese New Year, and even Winter Solstice! We loved getting the opportunity to share the excitement of this day with our eager learners. Happy Holidays to all of our TCS families!

Crafts & More

This week our first graders have been feeling very crafty. Scholars made Yule goats using pipe cleaners to accompany our St. Lucia study. In centers, scholars have been decorating their very own gingerbread houses using construction paper. We have also decorated mini pinecones. Ask your scholar what their favorite craft has been this week!
