Mix of May

May is here and it is bringing a mix of brain power and fun! Students have begun their field trips and their ERB Testing! Exciting times have hit TCS!

What’s Going On?

Last week, fifth graders completed their ERB testing! Students challenged their brains and worked through some higher-level thinking prompts presented to them throughout the week. This week, the students have been celebrating the end of the year by attending their annual mountain hiking trip at Green River Preserve!

Last week, the sixth and seventh graders kicked off the middle school field trips by attending their trip to Orlando, FL! With so many fun and exciting activities, the students came back ready to share their stories from the trip!

Next week, the eighth graders will be concluding the TCS 2023 middle school field trips by visiting our nation’s capital, Washington D.C.! This trip is planned to be both educational and exciting. By visiting the nation’s capital the eighth grade students will get to dive deep into our country’s history and government! The experience alone is exciting, but by being able to experience it with their friends before they jet off to high school, will make it memorable!
