Field trip

Last week, 4th grade had their first field trip of the year. They went to Dock Street Theater to see Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. This was coincidently a preview into our Mythology unit that we will start in a few months. Our students had so much fun and were so polite to the theater staff. Thanks Dock Street for having us!

Economics presentation

Fourth graders wrapped up their Economics unit in Social Studies with a mini presentation to 3rd grade! They worked hard to create their own goods or services, as well as a business plan and advertisement. Although we couldn’t make our entrepreneurs’ dreams come to life, 3rd grade loved seeing and hearing about their ideas.

Journalism Presentation

To end our Journalism Writing unit as well, 4th grade reporters had their first trimester project presentation, where they hosted their own news show based on TCS events! We are so proud of all their hard work and can’t wait to see how awesome they do for their 2nd trimester presentation.
