Parent Teacher Conferences 

We would like to thank all of the parents for joining us this week for Parent/Teacher Conferences. This is a wonderful way to have a face-to-face with parents and connect with your student. This meeting gives us a chance to brag about all the wonderful things your child does each day at school. The home-school connection is important to the overall success of each child and we are so grateful to be a part of your child’s education.    

Change Makers Presentation

Third Graders were so excited to present their changemakers to parents on Thursday afternoon. Our scholars worked incredibly hard on this presentation! Students learned so much about the changemaker they chose and how their person changed the world. Third Graders have been inspired throughout this project to go out and make an impact in our community. We hope you enjoyed our presentation!!!

Writing     

Thanksgiving is right around the corner so this week in Writing we put our focus on Gratitude. Students are writing their very own gratitude books in which they detail the things in their lives that they are most thankful for. It has been so fun brainstorming as a class, coming up with synonyms for gratitude, and putting everything together on paper! We can’t wait to share these books with you!
