Valentine’s Day ❤️

First grade had a blast celebrating Valentine’s Day together. We loved sharing our Valentine’s gift with each other and finalizing our compliment books. We are blown away with how thoughtful our first grade friends are when writing compliments to each other. We finished our special day by joining family and friends at our Valentine’s Day Bake Sale, Bingo, and Book Fair! Thank you to everyone that volunteered, contributed to the bake sale, and came out to celebrate! We hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s day!

Charleston Music Hall

Students spent Monday afternoon taking a ride down to Charleston Music Hall for an exciting performance of Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs. We had so much fun interacting with the actors and enjoying a fun twist on a classic tale. Ask you child who their favorite character was!

Our New Friend

This Valentines day first grade students were welcomed by a new face. We are proud to announce that we have a new class pet hamster! After spending time with him students brainstormed name ideas and we picked a name out of a hat. Everybody welcome Banana to the first grade!!!
